Aeronautical Service supplied the Dutch DAMEN SHIPYARD with very special protection plates. This plates are among the biggest artefact the industy has seen so far in ceramic composite. They allow to save the deck and the ship in case of hang fire during a missile launch. This means resist to temperatures up to 2.800°C!! Something unusual and exceptional in the world of composites
